I grew up baking with my grandmother, who was a serious caterer and culinary business woman. My aunt also showed me so many tips and tricks with her small baking business (Banana's Foster Confections) as well. Years later, and 1000 miles from my hometown of Greenville, South Carolina, I carry with me the the baking expertise of those two awe-inspiring women. Along with the baking experience, I also have my Texas Food Handlers Certification to cover the legal bases.

"Belles" is me! Growing up, my family members called me by the nickname Belles (short for Annabelle). To this day, the nickname stuck and is something I hold close to my heart. This connection is something I'd love to share with my community through my baking! The nickname represents love and family, something I hope to build within my community!

Y'all have no idea! It is my absolute favorite thing to do! My current biggest collaboration is with Que Chuladough, a local Women-and-Latina-Owned-and-Operated small baking business operating under Texas Cottage Food Production Laws. I am in the process of pairing up with other local businesses as well! The main menu is inspired by family flavors and my southern and South Carolinian roots, while seasonal and limited time menus are inspired by (of course) the seasons, holidays, and even prompts as simple as reoccurring themes in my personal life.
